Trinity Regional Health System TRHS is a fourcampus health care provider located on the western border of Illinois and the eastern border of Iowa With a history dating back to the late 1800s Trinitys campuses include Trinity Rock Island and Trinity Moline in Illinois and Trinity Bettendorf and Trinity Muscatine in Iowa

Trinity Medical Center was created on October 1 1992 as the result of the consolidation of United Medical Center founded in 1988 and Franciscan Medical Center founded in 1972 Trinity purchased the former Davenport Medical Center in 1999 and built the new and only hospital in Bettendorf which opened in February 2004 Trinity Medical Center Moline Rock Island and Bettendorf and Trinity Muscatine are separate hospitals within Trinity Regional Health System Trinity Muscatine is the newest hospital to join Trinity Regional Health System in July 2009 and serves the Muscatine County region
