Trinity Hospital which is owned by Mountain Communities Healthcare District is located in Trinity County in Northern California amidst the majestic peaks of the Trinity Alps and sparkling streams rivers and lakes

We are located on Highway 299 between Redding and Eureka which is a scenic byway and noted for its intense beauty small rural communities and recreational activities

Trinity Hospital has been in existence at its present location in Weaverville since the late 1800s During the early years it was home to approximately five elderly residents and had one or two beds for acute care patients

Today Trinity Hospital has 25 acute care beds 26 skilled nursing beds an emergency room and operating room and provides many services including general surgical procedures endoscopies colonoscopies laboratory diagnostic imaging physical therapy skilled nursing home health a rural health clinic and dental clinic

The emergency room is staffed with physicians on site 24 hours per day 7 days per week The laboratory has state of the art chemistry and hematology analyzers and provides basic bacteriology immune hematology and coagulation services The diagnostic imaging department provides basic xrays ultrasound mammography and CT scan services
