Sullivan County Memorial Hospital SCMH is a notforprofit Critical Access Hospital located in rural north central Missouri in the county seat of Milan The hospital was established in 1953 by the taxpayers and has remained the only acute care facility in Sullivan County In the spring of 2003 the hospital staff and community celebrated fifty years of continual service to the residents of Sullivan County a fact that brings much pride to all associated with the hospital and proves the degree of support by the entire area
