St Elizabeths offers medicalsurgical intensive intermediate maternity neonatal intensive pediatric and psychiatric inpatient care as well as inpatient and outpatient surgery and 24hour emergency services St Elizabeths also serves as a regional referral center for highrisk maternity and cardiology and was the first Level 1 Trauma Center in the Mahoning Valley

Our teaching program includes residencies for postgraduate training of more than 70 physicians in general surgery family medicine internal medicine and general dentistry It also serves as a clinical experience site for student nurses and other health professionals
