Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginias southwest corner Smyth County Community Hospital has a 40plus year history of providing quality healthcare services We are a 50bed acute care communitybased hospital located in Marion In addition to the hospital we have a 109 bed nursing care facility on our campus that offers both skilled nursing care and nursing care Francis Marion Manor We have a variety of outreach programs including Homecare

The hospital has modern equipment including a full body spiral Siemens CT Scanner with mobile MRI and Lithotripsy also available along with an excellent outpatient and inpatient surgery unit
