Piedmont Hospital is a private notforprofit acutecare tertiary facility offering most major medical surgical and diagnostic services The facility has 481 beds all private rooms 3000 employees and a medical staff of more than 800 boardcertified experienced physicians

We embrace our history of physician leadership Piedmont Hospital is governed by a 16member board of directors including nine physicians Our main campus is conveniently located on 26 acres in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta with facilities across the metro area

At Piedmont Hospital weve been honored to serve the Atlanta community for 100 years and we thank the gracious families who have entrusted us with their care throughout the generations Weve watched the community thrive and grow to include the Fox Theatre the Varsity the Peachtree Road Race and the Perimeter

As a nonprofit Hospital Piedmont is committed to providing compassionate quality care to our patients and their community In addition to providing such advanced specialty medical services such as openheart surgery and kidney transplantation our doctors and other healthcare professionals go outside the Hospitals walls to offer a number of communitybased services to improve the health of our neighbors Working with various organizations the physicians and clinicians on staff at Piedmont participate in a number of educational seminars lectures and health fairs to promote detection and prevention of illness and disease
