Patrick B Harris Psychiatric Hospital HPH a facility of the South Carolina Department of Mental Health SCDMH provides intensive shortterm inpatient diagnosis and treatment for mental illness to the citizens of thirteen counties of upstate South Carolina We utilize a multidiscipline team approach for treatment planning implementation coordination of total care and continuity of aftercare These services are provided with the least amount of patient restriction and maximum opportunities for each persons recovery
VISION
Harris Hospital will become recognized regionally and eventually nationally as a center of excellence in the provision of mental health services Among the mental health centers it serves it will be recognized as a steadfast partner in patient recovery and a reliable support in fulfilling the goals set for them by the agency
