The Georgia Hospital Association recently awarded Murray Medical Center with the recognition of Best Practice Hospital in the care of Acute MI heart attacks Similarly Murray Medical Center was also recently presented with a National Quality Leader Award in the care of Pneumonia by the Care Science Group

In April of 2008 the Centers For Medicare and Medicaid Services released the results of its first nine months of patient satisfaction surveys and Murray Medical Center was proud to be included in the top ten hospitals in the state of Georgia on this illustrious list In recent patient satisfaction survey results Murray Medical Center has ranked as high as the 99th percentile nationally which means we are in the top 1 of the 1532 hospitals surveyed by Press Ganey the largest hospital survey organization in the country
