History

Our History
Medical Center Clinic was founded in 1938 by six Escambia County specialists who wanted to protect the quality of care in the community and to provide a new form of healthcare a group practice where specialties and records were shared in a common location bringing faster better care to more people Today our staff includes more than 75 providers and 500 skilled professionals working together to bring quality costeffective care to Medical Center Clinic patients Through seventy years our philosophy has never changed and we continue to provide comfort and convenience to the thousands of patients who pass through our doors

In addition to offering many standalone medical specialties the Medical Center Clinic provides an array of coordinated healthcare services including Urgent Care The Eye Institute Musculoskeletal Center Neuroscience Center Ambulatory Surgery Center and Cancer Services through a joint venture with Sacred Heart Health System
