With the restructuring of our organization came the addition of a home health program a 143bed nursing home a retirement home a hospice and home care program a home health program a dialysis facility and three rural health clinics in our bordering areas along with one in Cordele In addition we have a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility Crisp Regional Rehab located in close proximity to the medical community
