History

In 1996 Coler Memorial Hospital and Goldwater Memorial Hospital merged to become ColerGoldwater Specialty Hospital and Nursing Facility Consolidating the two facilities which were treating the same patient populations and had similar missions brought great efficiencies and created one of the largest subacute care facilities in the world The elimination of duplicate services and a revision of the product mix of services brought ColerGoldwater to the forefront of the health care industry changing the way chronic care is practiced in this country
