For over thirty years Cobble Hill Health Center has been serving the Brooklyn community as an innovator in caring for the elderly and disabled Located in the historic Cobble Hill section of Brooklyn our landmark building houses almost 400 residents who receive personalized attention Cobble Hill is a nonprofit nonsectarian facility that has been at the forefront of Alzheimers care for over 15 years Our programs are designed to enhance our residents quality of life and promote their ability to live within the community
