Our rehabilitation services focus on patients that have become weakened or disabled from an acute illness injury or disease The goal of our rehabilitation program is to provide evidencebased quality care to help patients achieve a maximum level of independence and return home With both inpatient and outpatient specialty programs we are able to provide a comprehensive continuum of care by moving patients from one phase of care to the next as they progress
