Adding 90000 square feet to the existing hospital the project was the most ambitious medical construction ever undertaken in Camden Countyall to better serve the needs of our Camden area patients Its part of the Health Systems continuing promise to offer quality health care close to home

FirstRate Facilities
The expansion project affected virtually every department in the hospitalupdating and modernizing the facility to bring the Health Systems Camden patients a new level of comfort and medical care Patient rooms are now entirely private and all rooms feature individual temperature controls as well as flatscreen televisions with DVD players new beds and comfortable seating

In addition the Health System invested heavily in the hospitals infrastructure installing new heating cooling and ventilation systems all of which meet stringent storm and emergency standards

The 30 million Camden campus construction project was entirely funded by Southeast Georgia Health System with no Camden County taxpayer funds
