John Eastwood Hospice is a partnership between the John Eastwood Hospice Charitable Trust which own the building and Nottinghamshire County Teaching Primary Care Trust The Hospice provides a base for the specialist palliative care services across central Nottinghamshire
Patient care is aimed at maximising quality of life involving a number of palliative therapies including complementary treatment Care is delivered using a multidisciplinary approach including medical and nursing staff Chaplaincy social workers physiotherapist occupational therapist pharmacist clinical psychologist and complementary therapists Care also includes support and advice for family members and carers
