The Trust is based at Macclesfield District General Hospital We also provide inpatient care at Congleton War Memorial Hospital and Knutsford District Community HospitalThe Trust provides outpatient services at Macclesfield Congleton Handforth Knutsford Wilmslow and Poynton Key shared services include Christies Hospital NHS Trust for cancer services and Stockport Foundation Trust for the provision of inpatient Urology services The Healthcare Commission rating for 200708 has shown the Trust to be improving its services and was rated Good for the quality of the services it provides Our Maternity Services were ranked as best performing in a national survey and the Department were awarded the National All Party Parliamentary award for best in the country for providing normal births The Trust takes cleanliness extremely seriously and we were acknowledged and recommended by the Department of Health for Best Practice Deep Cleans to reduce Healthcare Acquired Infections HCAI
