Phil White Phil is a graduate of Otago University New Zealand
has worked in General Practice for about 25 years in the Wellington area
has worked for both the government and in private sectors mainly in policy development and implementation roles
has had a long term interest in integrated health care and led a project to develop an Integrated Health Care Plan for Marlborough in 19981999
