Dargaville Hospital is jointly owned by Northland DHB 52 and the Kaipara Community Health Trust 48 Kaipara Health Centre incorporates Dargaville Hospital and the Dargaville Medical Centre as well as the Iwi tribe provider Te Ha O Te Oranga
The hospital has a 12 bed general ward and four bed maternity ward with all the supporting services and also provides a substantial community health service
