History

Udhi Eye Hospitals was conceived in the year 1986 by our founder and current director Dr R Raveendran He set out with a mission to merge quality eye care diagnostics and treatment with the affordability factor thus ushering a new era in preventive promotive and remedial eye care among the masses at affordable costs

We began operations in a humble manner as a small outpatient clinic located in Mylapre Chennai and today we have grown into a large multistoried hospital complex at Alwarpet Chennai Through our formative years and to our definitive years we have held on to our philosophy of upholding personalized patient care and treatment addressing their doubts and fears we have helped nurture the trust and confidence of our patients It is our patients who deserve the credit for our metamorphosis from a humble clinic to a fullfledged hospital
