2 Operation theatres to cater to the different eye operations
Well designed OT complex with 3 barriers before gaining access to any of the OT as per international standards to minimize the infection rate
5 OPDs to accommodate all Eye specialty doctors through the week
Latest foreign make hi tech equipment
Only phaco suture less operations for cataract
35KVA genset back up in the event of power failure
A bright spacious seating of 50 waiting area with facility of viewing the ongoing operation in the OT
In house routine investigations such as blood sugar so less hassles for the patient
Charges at TEC have been kept at the minimum as it is being governed very closely by a Trust keen on promoting good work BUT at lowest possible rates Hence the cost of cataract operation is inclusive of lens investigations drugs amp disposables and all other charges avoiding any hidden costs and achieving complete transparency To reach out to the poor there is also a charity OPD every tuesday where the charges are just Rs100 which is 25 of the market rate
