Dr Suresh M Shinde is orignally from Phatkhal District Satara He has completed secondary education in Sainik School Jamnagar Gujrat in 1970 to 1977 Then after he completed HSC education in Sangli Santiniketan Collage In 1978 he went for medical education MBBS at Miraj Medical Collage and completed MBBS degree course in 1983 He joined Govt service as a Medical Officer as Class II in 1985

During his service he was selected for post graduation course in General Medicine in the year 1992 through government At Sr JJ Hospital Mumbai And completed MD Medicine degree course in July 1995 During his course he was awarded with Gold Medal for best Resident Medical Officer Also he has completed specialised training in Intensive care and Hemodialysis management

He has started private practise in 1997 at Satara And started first ICU Unit in Satara in May 1997 by name Sanjivan ICU Unit where he was main person handling the whole unit Also in 2001 he has started first Kidney Dialysis Centre in Satara under name Sant Namdeo Medical Foundation then after his wife Dr Jayshree Shinde has got training of dialysis at Ruby Hall at Pune in 2001 Presently she is looking after the unit indipendently under supervision of Dr Shinde Suresh presently we have three dialysis Machines doing around 200 dialysis per month at subcidies rate for economicaly weaker person

In 2002 he started his own Hospital named Criticare Centre at SataraAlso he is presently director of Pratibha Hospital Pvt Ltd From 2007 Now he wants to start indipendently Hospital named Deccan Medical Centre which is under construction
