Grace Intensive Cardiac Care Centre amp General Hospital is a partnership firm of Dr Sunil Ghode and Mr Mahesh Mapxencar It was built with intension of helping people specially from SouthGoa as there was an acute need of it Serious and cardiac patients had to be rushed all the way to Goa Medical Collage which is about 30 kms away from Margao It was the first ICCU in Goa in Private Sector

It is a 65 bedded hospital comprising of 12 bedded intensive care unit and 48well equipped and self contained private rooms semi private rooms AC rooms and general wards It also has passenger elevator amp a pleasant reception

ICCU is having a state of art equipment viz bedside monitors central monitoring station pulse oximeters defibrillator ISat blood gas ana laser syringe pump infusion pump central oxygen supply uninterrupted power supply 3nos ventilator imported from Sweden Siemens Sonoline G50 which includes Ultrasound Echo Cardiogram Vasular Colour DopplerSpandan Stress Test Siemens high frequency MM5C with 9th I I T V CARM Generator and above all well qualified nurses and doctors attending patients round the clock We have well equipped operation theatres with laminar flow with central ac adjacent recovery room almost functioning as an ICCU and so far we have performed successful surgeries in the past 8 years

Besides Xray facilities laboratory and ambulance services are also provided round the clock We also have a medical store where drugs are available in emergency Good quality hygienic food is also provided to the patients and relatives

Besides well trained hospital staff we have almost 38 consultants from Margao practicing at our hospital Apart from that super specialist consultants from other states also visit our hospital once or twice a month to provide super special consultation

We have set up a kidney dialysis unit which was the first of its kind in private hospitals and it was open for patients from 8th December 2002 A state of art of haemodialysis unit in Goa we have 2 dialysis machines one Niprosurdial dialysis machine imported from Japan and second is a GAMBRO with RO Plant which provides round the clock haemodialysis to acute and chronic kidney failure patients Our hospital is recognized for the purpose of Medi claim under Government Medi claim Scheme for the procedure of haemodialysis for the patient within the state of Goa
