Ende 2011 haben die Waldbreitbacher Franziskanerinnen ihre Einrichtungen in die Marienhaus Stiftung uumlberfuumlhrt Diese Stiftung die ihren Sitz in Neuwied hat hat die Ordensgemeinschaft im Herbst 2011 gegruumlndet Mit diesem Schritt hat die Gemeinschaft die Weichen fuumlr die Zukunft der bisher ordenseigenen Marienhaus GmbH gestellt Auch wenn die Waldbreitbacher Franziskanerinnen jetzt die Letztverantwortung fuumlr ihre Werke abgeben so sollen die Einrichtungen auch in Zukunft im Sinne des Ordens und seiner Gruumlnderin der seligen Mutter Rosa Flesch weiter gestaltet und entwickelt werden

Auch die Franziskanerinnen von der Hl Familie Mayen eV haben ihre Einrichtungen die in der Franziskus Hospital und Pflegezentren gGmbH und deren Tochter und Beteiligungsgesellschaften organisiert waren in die Marienhaus Stiftung uumlberfuumlhrt Fuumlr diese hatte die Marienhaus GmbH seit 2009 bereits die Geschaumlftsbesorgung wahrgenommen
