The Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario has been providing medical treatment and supportive care to cancer patients and their families in Southeastern Ontario for over 50 years The treatments given at the Cancer Centre are chemotherapy and radiation therapy Supportive care services provided include social work dietitian and CCAC

Every effort is made to make patients and their families feel welcome informed and involved in the decisions surrounding their treatment and care

Each year over 8500 patients use the services of the Centre including nearly 2500 new patients As a world class facility the Centres health care professionals are dedicated to providing the very best care to their patients Many of the cancer specialists are recognized internationally for their expertise in cancer treatment and research

The Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario is a component of the Cancer Program at the Kingston General Hospital The program provides cancer services to patients in Southeastern Ontario Services provided include prevention screening diagnosis treatment support education and research in cancer

The Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario is an outpatient facility We see patients from all over Southeastern Ontario Most patients come to the Centre for chemotherapy andor radiation therapy treatments These treatments are decided upon with your input and consent Your family doctor the referring doctor and other medical advisors will be involved in your treatment and followup If you have any questions about this process please let us know
