Just over 42 years later SFU has over 30000 students and 100000 alumni more than 700 tenuretrack faculty and 1600 staff The original campus has grown into three vibrant campuses in Burnaby Vancouver and Surrey and SFUs reputation has grown into one of innovative teaching research and community outreach
