Referrals

You do not need a doctors referral to book an appointment in person or via telehealth at Ramsay Psychology St Leonards However if you have been referred by your GP with a Mental Health Treatment Plan you will be able to claim a Medicare rebate This will cover part of the cost of a number of sessions in a calendar year Your doctor can address the referral to Ramsay Psychology or specifically to one of our psychologists If you do not already have a Mental Health Treatment Plan and you wish to access this rebate contact your GP or psychiatrist

Clients who hold private health insurance may be eligible for a partial refund Contact your health fund for more information

Ramsay Psychology psychologists and practice staff offer concessions and fee structures for individuals who are Concession Card Holders or covered by NDIS selffunded only SIRA OSHC and WorkCover These are assessed on a casebycase basis We also work with self and planmanaged NDIS participants
