LifeStream Behavioral Center is a dynamic social services organization providing inpatient outpatient residential and communitybased behavioral healthcare child welfare and childrens early intervention services We exist to serve our community when our fellow citizens need help in coping with chronic diseases and life situations that temporarily have overwhelmed their ability to function in a normal manner

In Fiscal Year 2008 LifeStream served nearly 26000 people in Lake and Sumter Counties Our communitybased organization is governed by a Board of Directors composed of community volunteers

LifeStream Behavioral Center is accredited by the CARF Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and reviewed annually by state and federal regulatory agencies
