TEGH is a 515bed facility comprised of acute care rehabilitation complex continuing care and mental health beds Annually we admit 20000 acute care inpatients deliver 3500 babies have over 60000 emergency visits and provide service to over 220000 outpatients This is accomplished with the help of 2600 employees 414 physicians and midwives and over 500 adult and student volunteers TEGH was also included in the quotBest Workplaces Listquot in 2010 by the Great Place to Work Institute Canada
