The Sisters of St Joseph of Crookston Minnesota established the hospital in 1946 and in 1985 the Franscian Sisters of Little Falls Minnesota assumed sponsorship St Josephs was transferred to Catholic Health Corporation of Omaha Nebraska in 1993 which merged in 1996 to form Catholic Health Initiatives based in Denver Colorado
Our patients are served by a 13 member Board of Directors 24 Active Staff Members about 69 Consulting Specialists 11 Emergency Services staff 24 Allied Health Professionals and approximately 390 employees
