We are a medium sized general practice set in the beautiful rural countryside of Berkshire Our modern premises in Swallowfield are purpose built and offer excellent facilities to all our patients see Main Surgery Map We also have 2 branch surgeries one in Shinfield and one in Arborfield allowing our patients easier access to medical attention

The Swallowfield Surgery is open from 800am phones from 830am to 630pm Monday to Friday The branch surgeries are only open while the doctor is consulting We hold extended hours clinics at the branch surgeries for prebooked appointments with GPs only

Swallowfield Medical Practice is part of Berkshire West Primary Care Trust and together our aim is to improve service and continue to provide a high standard of care to our patients
