Isolation ward Medicine for the elderly ward General surgical ward Ears nose and throat ENT service Urology service Adult and paediatric ENT Orthopaedic ward Outpatients Day surgery unit A hyperbaric oxygen unit Five operating theatres Radiology Four inpatient beds for management of chronic intractable pain MRI service Breast imaging unit Bone mineral densitometry unit Pharmacy Angiography suite

The Robert Horrell Macmillan Day Centre is located on site and offers palliative care to patients living with cancer

Edith Cavell Hospital also contains three wards and a day activity centre for patients with mental health problems These services are managed independently by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Mental Health Partnership Trust

As part of the pound335m Greater Peterborough Health Investment Plan GPHIP services at the Edith Cavell Hospital will move to a new stateof theart acute hospital in 2010 Peterborough City Hospital which is under construction on the current Edith Cavell site The site will also incorporate a new mental health unit operated by the local mental health trust and become a healthcare campus
