The Grace Dart Extended Care Centre GDECC is comprised of two care centres which are part of the Quebec health and social services network We provide permanent and temporary accommodation and longterm care services for clients who are experiencing a significant loss of independence

The mission of a CHSLD Residential and LongTerm Care Centre is to offer on a temporary or permanent basis an alternative living environment assistance support and surveillance services rehabilitation psychosocial and nursing care pharmaceutical and medical services to adults who by reason of loss of functional or psychosocial autonomy can no longer live in their natural living environment even with the support of their families and friends Source An Act respecting health services and social services
