The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center provides both inpatient and outpatient health care services at two facilities located in Cleveland Wade Park and Brecksville Ohio There are also 13 Community Based Outpatient Clinics with Northeast Ohio
The Wade Park Campus is classified as a Level 1 the most complex type of medical facility because of the range of available services It is a teaching hospital with full service patient care as well as education amp research center
The Brecksville Campus includes extended care rehabilitation general nursing home center for psychogeriatric care and a domiciliary for the homeless The campus hosts a training facility of the VAs Employee Education System and National Training Center
