As part of the pound335m Greater Peterborough Health Investment Plan GPHIP services at the Edith Cavell Hospital will move to a new stateof theart acute hospital in 2010 Peterborough City Hospital which is under construction on the current Edith Cavell site The site will also incorporate a new mental health unit operated by the local mental health trust and become a healthcare campus
