Rehabilitation aims to restore independence after an operation illness or injury The many goals include improving mobility fitness confidence selfreliance and wellbeing Through a structured program tailored to each patient a multidisciplinary team of practitioners will help you achieve your goals

Our programs include Cardiac Neurological Orthopaedic Outpatient Reconditioning and Trauma rehabilitation All programs are run by a team of highly qualified professionals including consultant rehabilitation physicians rehabilitation nurses physiotherapists occupational therapists speech pathologists a social worker psychologist and dietician

Our facilities include a purposebuilt gymnasium fully equipped hydrotherapy pool Activities of Daily Living Kitchen and a workshop
