MeadowBrook Specialty Hospital has two LTACHlicensed campuses in Lafayette The main campus is a 50bed hospital providing 24hour nursing care and respiratory therapy a radiology department pharmacy an inpatient and outpatient therapy gymnasium including aquatic therapy and a sleep study department The High Observation Unit features stateoftheart ventilator and telemetry services and a nurses station with a 360 degree view of patient rooms

The second campus located within Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center provides 24hour specialized nursing care including an intensive care stepdown unit to patients who are less stable and unable to move to other postacute care settings This unique capability is an integral part in the continuum of care because patients are able to progress from the most acute level of intensive care stepdown to receiving postacute care in an extended acute care environment within one facility
