After years of planning and construction Florida Hospital Ormond Memorial now has a new home and a new name Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center

The hospital is the areas most comprehensive facility featuring the expansion of many services already available and adding new and exciting features

From the inception of Memorial Hospital in 1967 our community recognized the need for a firstclass health care facility And it was these needs that became a catalyst for change These pioneering efforts by community leaders hospital trustees and other passionate and interested parties resulted in the development of a dynamic health care model

Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center is the result of a rich history of devotion by all who helped take the quality of health care to its current level And since the merger of Memorial Health Systems Inc and Adventist Health System in 2000 weve built on this platform to take health care in our community to the next level

From revolutionary medical procedures to remarkable medical talent this extraordinary new hospital has been built on the same principles of health we were founded on 100 years ago health of the mind the body and spirit
