Chelsea Community Hospital is an independent nonprofit acute care facility that resides on 119 wooded acres in the City of Chelsea Michigan

The hospital is easily accessible from I94 and is located between Ann Arbor and Jackson Chelsea Community Hospital has 113 licensed beds employs 950 people on a fulltime or parttime basis credentials 300 physicians and enjoys the benefit of approximately 200 volunteers

The Hospital is governed by a 15 member Board of Trusteesand while independent the Hospital collaborates extensively with University of Michigan Health System St Joseph Mercy Health System and other area facilities to provide patient focused stateoftheart care and treatment
